Exhibition: Image Requirements

Images are in focus images are well lit - natural light is often the best; near a window with a reflector (the Bonus Course helps here) there is plenty of space around your subject (do not crop too tight) the artwork is the hero of the image.
Please keep the background white, distraction-free and preferably seamless. Cream, light grey or beige backgrounds sometimes work better for pure white artworks
The image file is named correctly i.e. first name/underscore/surname, i.e., Jane_Smith.jpg if there is more than one image, files are numbered for ease of handling i.e., Jane_Smith_01.jpg Jane_Smith_02.jpg it is often satisfying to see a detail image as well.
You could submit one photo of the entire piece (think about composition, framing and final presentation) and a second, close up image highlighting interesting stitches, texture or form.
The file size is between a minimum of 1.5 MB and 8 MB
