Collections and Cloth - Student Exhibition 2025
Objects have the power to evoke a wide range of feelings and memories, often serving as the starting point for fresh creative projects. When we take the time to reflect on the significance of these items, countless opportunities for artistic exploration and inspiration can emerge.
Moving Memories
I've found it enlightening to witness the care and intention each of you has brought to your selections, whether they reflect connections to family, community, or personal experiences.
Your willingness to embrace unfamiliar materials and to experiment boldly with new techniques has truly stood out to me.
Above all, it has been an honour to experience your individual perspectives, treasured fragments, and textiles – and, most importantly, the objects that set your journeys in motion.
Enjoy your exhibition and congratulations to every one of you!
Anne Kelly
